What does it cost to build a house?
Building costs vary greatly depending on square footage of the house, the type of materials used, the design of the house, size of decks and porches and the quality and quantity of the interior fixtures such as cabinets, counter tops, flooring, custom bathtub/shower and electrical and plumbing fixtures.
Items in the first paragraph really determine the square foot cost.
